I thought we were lower middle class.

Me and the ole lady make around 80k combined.

We are towards the top for Arkansas.

My family would get hammered in Cali if we are considered above middle class. I couldn't afford jack shite that's nice in a good part of cali.

There are some nice areas that aren't ridiculously expensive. I looked at some homes in the Napa Sonoma area that weren't terribly priced.

Depends on what you'd consider to be middle class. I could be middle class living in the ghetto, and not need near as much as I would to live in a nice crime free area.

I guess my family would not be considered middle class on those numbers.
