Say 8oz a week of edamame noodles?

From things I've read and listened to, you would have to be eating a good amount each day...which you may already do from other food products. If you know you're only eating that 8oz once a week, I don't think there's much risk.
Some of the dieticians that I've listened to also are against GMO soy which they say might increase the chances of lowering test...but I don't know how far you would go into believing that

I've also read the lining of canned food causes lowers T as well. Especially canned tomato products. But it's been a while ago and things may have changed.
