This was 5 years ago, but I only needed 2 signatures. But this was to move the property into the names of the heirs and not to transfer it to a buyer or single i heir. For that everyone would have to agree.

Plus if you have a mortgage, some mortgage companies give you the run around as they don’t see the affidavit as a court order.

If you do it yourself, make sure it complies with the statute - otherwise it might not be sufficient to recognize heirs with any ownership.
