Some of you guys have premiums and out of pocket costs that are extremely rare in today's market. It would be interesting to know what type of companies you are with (public/private, emp size, industry, etc).
I work in the insurance industry and 95% of people I talk to have nowhere close to the premiums and benefits you guys have.
Many oil and gas companies did, until open enrollment in 2015. Most of them raised rates and lowered benefits this year.
Even the utility companies and railroads who have always had top tier benefits in the past are getting worse.
I am not doubting any of you, I'm just curious what companies and industries are still offering great benefits at very low costs to their employees.
