I like and can handle 8-10 times per week. But, I don't "need" any because I have self control.

I understand that every other day - every third day is reasonable.
If more than 72 hours passes I start getting very ornery and bratty to my wife. She has finally begun to understand what the issue is and so she usually handles her business at that point.
