I drink very rarely. Maybe a few times a year, I catch a good buzz and then I stop.

Maybe a glass or two of wine a week now. Trying to eat better,lose weight, and on fertility meds again,so trying to limit alcohol to only when I'm away from home at social occasions.

Max 2-3 and those are on the weekend. Ideally, zero.

I drink 6-8 6% beers a night during the week. 8-10 a day on the weekends.
