How much do people pay Instagram to be “sponsored”?

I see a bunch of “influencers” lately paying to get onto my feed. What are these sad individuals paying to get more followers on the platform? Some aren’t even hot.
We live in sad times? If you’re paying for friends, you should call chris or owl. They need love too.

Business accounts can pay for advertising. Many people either convert their personal account or start a business account and then advertise.
It's business, not just getting likes to get popular. Gathering a large following enables you to get sponsored by companies and make/sell products to a large audience.

The amount they pay depends on how large an audience they pay for. The more they pay, the more people will see their ads.

The point is the thirsty girls are businesses too. The more following they have the more they get paid by companies that sponsor them.
