17 days. I could carry them all over, but I will probably use about 5 or 6 before the end of the year. I earn 20 a year, but I can carry over more than that. I start earning 26 days a year next year.

Sounds nice.
I end up having days because:
1. My company really doesn't care
2. I work remotely so I rarely if ever report a Friday that I take off.
3. I only end up notifying them when I take my long 2 week vacations whenever those are because of workflow things.
It's nice. I probably wouldn't change jobs that required me to be in the office unless they paid me something like 30k more a year.

we don't really keep track of time off for upper management

I think I have 17 left. Burning 4 in November for a little trip to San Fran.

I typically work from home about half of the time. Depending on how busy I am with meetings. I would want a large raise if I had to go into the office every day, I think I may be at that crossroads soon.

4 days, moving into new crib next month. Plan to use them around then for some projects (fence, gravel driveway, etc.)
How much that new double wide set you back, baw?

Bummer.
I imagine there is a ceiling by not being at the office.
My hope is I can diversify income streams before then and "employ" myself on those to counteract that.
We'll see I guess.

Shift work. I get a week off with 24 hrs of vacation. 4x24=96 with 4 hrs left. I can actually take 2 days with 4 hrs (a week), but I strategically took one day that accomplishes what I need perfectly.

I have almost 50. Mine rolls over and my boss gets an attitude anytime someone requests time off. Sucks.
If that is the case, your boss is very short sighted.
