This seems like a subjective sort of thing. Technically only 1 shuffle will make a deck of cards' order be random in a way that it probably has never been before. I guess the question is how much movement from the original is enough. And the consensus in this thread seems to be 7.

Depends on the caliber of the riffle but just about any shotgun will do.

Shuffle one half with itself.

Shuffle other half with itself.

Shuffle them back together.

Cut, deal.
