The same people who are angry are the ones who eat hot dogs, drink beer, yell, pop poppers, or yell "and the home of the Tigers!!" During the national anthem

I don't care what he does during the national anthem. I just love seeing celebrities/athletes with overinflated egos get shite on when they try to make statements about stupid shite

Meh, I'm not really angry either way, but I find that the continuous backlash comes from people who take issue with his reasoning, not the act itself.

I remember the first time some raised the issue about "hand over heart" with some politician or something like that. When I learned about the Pledge and National Anthem, it was hand over heart for pledge and stand at attention for national anthem.

As to whether someone else does it, I can't really get worked up over it but I cannot dismiss others irritation at it either. But then, civil protests don't bother me nor does criticism that the protest isn't valid or warranted. It's all the same - political discourse - with each side believing that they are more justified than the other.

If he was earning minimum wages, then he could complain. but a mother fricker making $19 million, should be thankful that he's in the good ole USA, earning that kind of bread. Doubt he could earn that anywhere else He won't always be a QB, and what company besides the democratic party would hire him

That's dumb. And it makes zero sense.

You can very well have a valid opinion of something whether it affects you or not.

This is boiling down to a right v left issue and once again the right is taking an emotional silly position.

Liken it to a fit throwing toddler...just forget about it.
