How many of you know the story of Dr. Robert Willner?

This guy, during a public press conference, takes the blood from an HIV+ guy, and injects it into himself. apparently, from the YouTube comments, he got tested numerous times, and never once tested positive. he died from a heart attack caused by the CIA's "heart attack gun".
is this a popular conspiracy?
