re: How many nights a week do you drink?

I try to cap it at 3 days, but 4 is more realistic.

I usually have at least one drink every night. I always feel guilty when I'm at the doctor because it seems like that's a huge red flag.

Wife makes me a drink when I come home and also have wine with dinner.

I tried not drinking and it was dinner that screwed me up. Wine just tastes good with food.

Once or twice a month I have a drink or two
