The Silverado I sold had 198,000 miles on it as of last year. It's either still out there accumulating miles or has been wrecked by now. That thing was in great shape, and I documented maintenance very carefully.
I miss that truck.
My current ride only has 85,000.

The people I know with those Chevy Express or Ford Econoline vans rack up the miles like nothing else, and with minimal maintenance on a shoestring budget. Those things run badly longer than most cars run at all.

130k miles on an 08 Sierra. I just packed all my shite into a trailer and moved cross country, too. Only issue I had was in Flagstaff climbing 4000ft in 100+ degrees outside. Radiator temp would rise above 210, but fall back on the descend of the hills.
Looking at a GX 460 in Baton Rouge when the job market picks back up. I originally bought the truck for field work in oil patches around California, but those times are over and I no longer need a full size truck.

2003 Nissan Xterra - 214k miles. I put maybe 200 miles a year on it now. I fly into town once every 3-4 months and just use it around town. I would get rid of it and just rely on rentals, but during the summer there aren't enough rental vehicles to meet the demand.

105K on my 14 Ram 1500. Commuted from Lafayette to Br for about a year. Worked in Houston and went back to Lafayette almost every other weekend in it too. Still going strong! Hoping to get 300 out of it.
