My sister and BIL had a condo on prytania with an older gay guy living above. Off street parking, but he liked the young fellas and they liked to have dance parties in the weekend. Ole fella got "sick" and his mother took him back to Ohio. He got the AIDS I'm sure. They(sister and BIL) have moved on to a nice place off magazine. But that prytania condo was great for parades

Prime opportunity to knock on their door and sneak away. He'll lose his shite all over again thinking it was another guy coming to hook up with her.

God I do not miss having people live above me
His refrigerator freezer door was not closed good and the automatic ice maker had been running water non-stop all that time. His apartment was completely soaked. Maintenance guy told me 6 inches deep in parts of the apartment.
