How long have you been using your wallet?

Like the title says. I know people will keep the same wallet for years. Me personally I go through wallets quick. I’m moreso a collector. I just find wallets interesting. How long you had your wallet?

Probably 10 years and it still looks brand new other than scratches in the leather. Saddleback Leather Company

Have they made wallets thinner? I had one years ago and it was thick as hell empty. It was also a pain to retrieve cards.

Probably 20 years at least. Bought it from Abdalla's in New Iberia and that place has been closed for quite some time now.

The one I use is probably a little thicker than average. I carry a front pocket bifold. I don't really carry much other than 4-5 cards and a couple of $20s most of the time.
No problem with getting the cards but I guess it's pretty broken in after a decade. They definitely still don't fall out though.

Switched to a ridge front pocket wallet about 2 years ago. I’m in the truck a lot for work and it relieved some lower back pain not sitting on a wallet in my back pocket. Takes some getting use to but would not go back

4 years for my current one. I got about 5 out of the one before.
My longest lasting wallet was my Mossy Oak Mississippi State wallet but I wanted one that didn’t stick up out of my pocket.

Around 15 years. My wife bought me a nice leather one. It has not popped one stitch. I love it. That thing will out last me.

Five years, invested in a Tumi slim wallet that only holds my drivers license and a couple of credit cards

Over 30 years. It is a breast pocket bi-fold wallet I carry in my jacket work days so that cuts down a lot on the wear but it has held up unimaginable well.

I haven't had a conventional style wallet in ages and now use a money clip and card holder that is smaller than a deck of cards. I carry it in my right front pocket and haven't had a back pocket wallet since I quit buying them a couple decades ago.
