Filled a fraudulent charge with Capital One last Thursday. Have not heard back heard yet.

AmEx takes care of them immediately. That's why I use them for almost every purchase.

Also said I had to wait till after the charge was posted. I caught it right away and it was pending for three days. What a racket.

Had this happen recently with my capital one card. They refunded me within a day or two just by going through the process in the app.

Just got reimbursed, now just have to wait on a new card.

My only hope is that because this thief bought shite on Walmart.com that he never actually got it shipped before we caught the charges.
