As a gay man working for a conservative company, we won't do anything any different than any other day. I, personally, don't feel that we need all of the celebration and trappings that go on. Just cause I like men, doesn't change or define the person or my values. It makes me shake my head that all of these people want recognition and celebration, when 20 years ago all we wanted was acceptance.

I'll play/ troll along as if I have no clue any of this shite exists, "really, like people can just be another gender?" Can I do it? Is there a form to fill out? What about straight people? Is there a week or month for them?

No clue. A couple years ago I set up an Outlook rule to automatically send all communication from the DIE team to the trash. Got tired of that crap cluttering up my email.
