Probably needs more data centers for processing power. We’ve effectively reached the maximum processing power out of a chip and have to expand horizontally now until the next technical advancement.

yep. Just like jet travel ran up against the sound barrier, chip power is running up against quantum tunneling (electrons jump from wire to wire even though the wires are not touching)

In order to dominate humanity, it probably doesn't even have to be capable of it. It doesn't need a reason to rule over us, just an un-overrideable directive to.

I asked Meta’s AI if it had passed the Turing test.

“Tests have shown the turing radius to be 28.3 feet lock-to-lock.”

So no, it is not yet sentient.
