Pretty good. Keep in mind many of the homes had 10" of water or less and went down fast.

People are still moving to Houston in droves, 165 new people each day are added to the Houston population.

They want to take advantage of higher paying jobs, no state income tax, amazing schools, car insurance is half, cheap electricity.
