Gordon has a ton of billboards in NW Louisiana - I counted 20 driving from Shreveport to the Texas border on I 20
There are places on I10 between Lafayette and Houston where you can count 20 Gordon signs sitting in one place.

I got sued by Jim Adler's office. They tried playing a high pressure game to get me to sign a personal liability form. It promptly ended when I referred the form to my insurance company.
This was after the group of 6 people of a dark skinned ethnicity claimed bodily injury with my insurance company. I barely tapped their vehicle and nobody went in the ambulance. . . Oh and there were only 5 people in the vehicle and 5 seats. . . I was able to detail how the people were seated in the vehicle and my insurance company denied all claims due to attempted insurance fraud. Never a shortage of idiots in the world.

Then I suggest y'all allow the insurance companies to allow a jury for any amount and see what happens.
Can we couple it with doubling, if not tripling, the budgets of the JDCs in order to impanel those juries?
Serious question...what makes you think that lowering the jury trial threshold would automatically cause a huge increase in number of juries being impaneled? Wouldn't a lower threshold lead to a reduction in frivolous suits and a decline in the total number of cases filed? If the jury threshold is lowered, that still wouldn't prevent the parties involved from negotiating a settlement before it goes to trial if the insurance company thinks the plaintiff has a legit case. Just allows them to defend themselves from plaintiffs trying to make a quick buck because someone tapped their back bumper and barely left a scratch.
