I use syringes. They are sterile and the needle has a razor edge so it is easy to peel the skin back and use the point of the need to scrape the splinter out.

Seriously don’t pick and poke at it. Soak it in hot water then try to suction it out with an empty medicine syringe.

I went ahead and cut the skin above it. Bleeding a good bit but I guess that's better than being healed over. Can't tell yet if I got it. Not seeing the black indention under the skin though

Ask your boyfriend to squeeze it out then rub some of your vagisil on the wound for healing.

1) grow a pair of balls
2) cut open wound channel with any of the below objects:
-toenail clippers
-needle
-razor blade
-pocket knife
(i like a combination of toenail & razor blade personally)
3) squeeze real hard, it will either:
-fly out all greased up like nature intended
-give you something to grab onto with your 5th set of tools, tweezers
Helps to have 4-6 drinks if its a doozy
