If the bathroom is one of those one toilet, one sink, locking door types, it’s asinine to have specific genders for it. Why should the men’s room have a line when no one is using the women’s room?

That bathroom in the OP looks like the one I’m talking about but they had to make some virtue signaling sign to make sure everyone knows how tolerant they are.
