Just stop I guess. When I go to bed, I don’t look at my phone.
Is there something you feel you have to see or keep up with on your phone that can’t wait?

I'll let you know as soon as I finish doomscrolling tonight.

Read a book instead
This is what I do, but I do read on my phone. When I am tired of reading I don't feel like looking at my phone anymore.

We turn our phones off at night. People are always suprised and say...what if there is an emergency. Well we lived in the pre cellphone times. We found out about emergencies when word eventually got to us. Endless "emergencies" affecting other people aren't messing up our nice quiet nights.
We put on documentaries for something to watch as we fall asleep
Turning off your phone can add tremendous quality time to your life. Can't sit and scroll if it's turned off. Sometimes the simplest solution is the best.
Mines about to get shut off once I finish my bedtime cigar...unless I fall asleep in my porch recliner. It is a pretty nice night out
