I think that should be the first question asked about anybody or "institution" or group or whatever that posts on the internet?

As far as this goes, it is stupid on the face of it and I live in TX so I don't feel left out or anything like that.

Yeah, this is just a poor rendition of an old theme. As others have said, at the very least such a map needs DC and Chicago on there.
