How did Caddo Parish get all those tests?

They have more completed test than Orleans with a little over 1/10 the total cases. Not saying it means anything. Just interesting.

I did notice that the LDH webside says that not all negative results are reported to the state. So, there may be a whole lot more tests being done than reported and each area may have different reporting rates.

Also, it says that some results reported are for out of state residents so some East Texas people may be coming over to Shreveport to see their doctors.

Caddo was one of the first parishes with reported cases. It would make sense that they'd have some of the most tests conducted
