You can call the number on the back of the card, try to use it, or waste that huge amount of wallet space to carry both. How do some of you even get through the week with having to ask the Internet shite like this? Do you think there's some secret test?

On top of which, I would think with almost every bank in the world you can go online and immediately check your transactions.

Once you activate it, it is activated. If there would be any trouble activating it, it would tell you while activating it. With that said, what about logging into your account?

I've gone through this trepidation. Keep the old one in your wallet, but use the new one to make a purchase. Worst case is , if it's denied, the asian clerk comes across your head with a hammer.

Indians don't care.
