How bad is it in Italy? How bad does it get?

I see a lot of people saying, they are what spurred our reaction here. How bad are things really going there? Is it truly catastrophic? Are they getting any slow down with the measures they’ve taken?

One region of about 10 million people has been hit very hard.

Northern Italy around Milan is bad
I think Rome and Naples are fine
We will see the same thing here with hotspots (cough NOLA cough) but the entire country going into chaos and hospitals overrun isnt happening.
