Its not bad at all. I had mine done on A Friday afternoon and was back at work Monday Morning. That weekend I laid low and took it easy. You'll be down about 2 weeks from bustin nuts. All it cost me was my co-pay which was $30 because a GP (Jack Heinreich) did it in his office.

Had one after my second child about 10 years ago. Punch in the guts and 20 minutes so nothing to it. There is a wash out period of about 20 times. My urologist told my wife 8 of those had to be by mouth.

Here's a piece of advice: Wait to do until March Madness, so you can lay on the couch, and watch basketball, for 3 or 4 days w/out your wife nagging you about nothing getting done. Go for the 8 a.m. appt, the day of tip off, and you'll be home in time for the first round games.

My coworker had one done last Friday. He was laid up Friday afternoon and half of Saturday but was fine after that. He came to work on Monday and lifted heavy objects without straining open his nut sack.

It's not bad at all, just ice it afterwards for a day and you are good to go.
