How are Houston housing prices doing?

shite was getting out of control before the oil bust. Have they started falling (or at least stopped increasing) yet?

I thought I read the supply was getting pretty high a few months back, so I'd expect prices to be falling.

Any realtors here who can comment?

They'll probably fall quite a bit after BLM shows up.

Houston housing is fairly cheap for a city of it's size.

Yeah, I know, but things were increasing a good bit before the bust.

Are they still, or are they stable / falling?

Generally speaking, prices have come down some. Inside the loop is more insulated from price declines than the suburbs. Market still moving fast with cash offers though, so still tough.

Also, lol @ needing $150k in San Francisco.
