Seriously, I always wondered about this.. No matter what situation someone is in, they will at least have a cell phone, usually a smart phone.. I seen a family in the DMV one time.. It was the mother, I assume and 3 kids (all teenage looking)... They were straight up trash.. But the kids and mom all had iphones.

How dare these poor people have iPhone 5's with cracked screens. And those fn kids with no service using up all OUR proper wifi. Frckin poors...
Government phone plan was started under Reagan, and expanded under Bush. But yea I love it when people flaunt their ignorance about these things and I get a chance to experience the thing that so many of you search for, that being confirmation bias. It does feel good
