Better be rolling out and getting ready for bed. Civil rights are rolling on out in just a bit.

This nails it. Half of this board has become just like SJW's. You dare to disagree with their support of this curfew and suddenly you are a cop hating community terrorist. I just don't get that. This curfew has run its course and the fact that no one seems to mind the wholesale suspension of their civil rights is disturbing to say the least.

A friends 22 year old son was leaving his girlfriends house the other night in the Garden District at 12:30 to go home and get some sleep before work. Tell me about the flooding and looting in the Garden District please. BRPD had the overpass staked out and pulled him over on Perkins. They then proceed to have him sit on the curb while they search his car top to bottom and write him a Summons for a one hitter someone (maybe him, I don't know) left in his trunk. No dope, no booze, he was sober as a judge but they did all of this because of "curfew".

If the affected areas are in so much danger, wouldn't these two officers time have been better spent patrolling over in those areas?

But all the 'baws' are worried about their uninsured 4-wheelers out in Denham somewhere. What the heck does this curfew have to do with it. Plus they are all saying 'I was out in Tigerland.'

Well, I am here to say, and have been saying that this curfew is BS, it's Un-American, and if you like rights taken away then ignore it, and make fun of me. But it's crap.

It's a subterfuge to have probable cause with no probable cause and nobody is saying shite about it. This is the new Socialism.

By what I read on the board, I would say don't even worry about the curfew. Just go with your life as planned

That's not exactly possible when various businesses or buildings are still closing at earlier hours.

I know students at the LSU Law School Library who are pissed because it unexpectedly shut down several hours early tonight.
