That’s pretty standard and actually on the lower end compared to some places. At least they aren’t doing like the tractor houses around here are doing now and charging flat job rates strictly by the service book. Doesn’t matter if the tech finished the job in one hour if the book says it’s a 5 hour job that’s what you get charged.

I’m just basing mine on the two local tractor houses and other dealerships who have several rural communities at their mercy
