Called and cancelled beginning of Feb, now they're saying it wasn't cancelled and I have to call the retention department to cancel. First call 17 mins on hold then message saying to call back later. Second call been 25 mins still on hold. Oldest trick in the fricking book. How do companies still get away with this shite of deliberately making it onerous to cancel?
Eta: after 35 minutes I started pressing * # and 0 buttons wildly and a minute later someone came on the line and resolved it. She was nice.
