The background is different between the two. The punch was in the middle of a melee and they were both surrounded by people. That was the second incident. The first incident she is wearing a hat (it is falling off), she has a bottle in her hand, and she is wearing a backpack which obscures a symbol on her jacket. They are positioned differenlyt and he is clearly pushing her. In the second confrontation you can clearly see the symbols (red and white) because she is no longer wearing the backpack. Two different incidents. And she deserved to get KTFO for throwing bottles into the crowd.

The back pack. She was wearing it when she was wearing the hat. Unless she took it off in a split second there were two distinct incidents. In addition, Nathan Damigo was punching a guy up against the wall in the video and then turned his attention to her when she appeared from the left of the frame. She did not have the hat on at that point. There was not enough time for the two confrontations to happen.

Here is the picture from the Daily Mail. They did not "shop" in a bottle. She was throwing them before the melee happened. He tried to stop her once and pushed her down (knocking off her hat). She was wearing a backpack when it happened. When she was punched later she was not wearing it.
