The Harang family owned that house and property where the ball fields are. My house was on Village DuBois.

Yes that's him. I've been friends with his daughter since the mid-80's (social media these days). She is a good person. In addition to the dogs, he also had horses and chickens.

My Grandfather and I were headed down Bootlegger going to Bedico, and we drove up on a wreck at the intersection. Some guy on a motorcycle had come across the overpass, hit that cattle guard, lost it, and ended up hitting a truck waiting to cross the Turnpike. Gruesome scene. There was a lot of wrecks on that stretch from Bootlegger up to Goodbee.
