Anyone ever lived at either place? I need a 12 months lease and they both look nice but I don’t know anyone that lives in either.
Thanks

They both look nice. I'd pick whichever one was closer to work if it were me because of BR traffic

We lived in Highland Club for a year and a half. No complaints. Good amenities. $1200 for a 2BR/2BA.

I will have my daughter with me part time. Is it ok for families or is it mostly singles.
Thanks

Check out Lakeside Villas. They have a beautiful lake on site.

I didn't read his reply within the thread before I posted.

I asked, because Highland Club has the reputation right or wrong, of being a "singles" apartment.

Aren’t most apartments full of “singles”?

I live in the Long Farm apartments right now. No real complaints but crazy expensive. I'm getting a house as soon as the lease is up.

Hold up. I live nearby, would this be because of the milfs knocking on your door after
Hubs and kids asleep?

Just moved out of Long Farm. Brand new and everything fully upgraded but damn was it expensive. The property isn’t even 50% occupied yet.

It’ll probably remain that way unless they lower the rent

I lived at Highland Club when it opened and it was a nice place. The pond and the putting greens were a nice touch. Walked out my door and onto a putting green about 10 feet away or about 15’ to fish.

You can also run through the neighborhood behind it for exercise.

Highland club is mostly families from what I've seen. Lots of kids running around.

It's full of families. It was me, my wife, and son at the time. One of my good friends now was my neighbor there. What was funny was, majority of the people you talk to tell you they had only wanted to live there for a short time, but ended up staying longer.
