This should be some sort of sexual battery or sexual assault charge. If I were the teacher or the teachers spouse, I would sue the ever living shite out of the school, school board, the parent and the kids.

In high school, I had a teacher who use to drink some kind of tea and she was always pouring a new cup of tea in the middle of teaching.. She had to leave the class one time.. And this black dude I sat by somehow got a piece of sheet rock from the bottom wall behind the door.. He told me "watch this". He walked to the front of the class, pulled out the piece of sheet rock and said "I wonder how crack taste in tea" and he dropped it in.. Everyone just shut up.. And no one said anything for the rest of the class.. As if they were just thinking "she is drinking tea with crack in it", I never told anyone any different and I don't think he did either.. But it was funny as hell.

This is why I posted a while back that in the last 10 years, companies/schools/ etc have to keep making up new policies to stop this younger generation who continue to out-think the old policies/laws from the past. I had to change many of my older policies because of them being "creative" so to speak.

Talk about a severe double standard.
If a teacher did this to students, said teacher would be in jail & blasted all over the media.
3 male students do this to a female teacher & their names are protected, likely won't ever fave expulsion nor legal consequences.
If this teacher is in the Union, they are fixing to get PAID.
