I guess it doesn't matter because we see it with teacher in their 30s, but if I were head of a HS or whoever makes these decisions.. I wouldn't want anyone straight out of college or in their early 20s working the the students. A 23 year old has too much in common with HS aged kids and it seems like they would be more likely to build a friendship than the person have any type of authority over the kids.
She is a cute girl, but that's a young age to have something like this, that will follow you for the rest of your life, on record.

I always tend to say the typical "where were these teachers when I was in school?" line, but let's be honest, I probably never got laid with a teacher cuz I had no game and/or was ugly. Is what it is but I turned out fine.
