My mother and grandmother used to go to Krauss on canal street to shop when they were younger. Ladies dressed well, even up to wearing gloves when they were out shopping downtown. So yes, we are devolving. Pretty soon, everyone will be wearing tactical gear whenever they go to Canal Street.
