If it's doing that. Chicken, check your filters. If they are dirty, they will freeze up.

Check the capacitor. If it's bulging and/or leaking, just go grab one at a local AC supply. $30-$40.

Why? The tech said the condenser wasn't getting 24 volts. His problem has nothing to do with the capacitor.
