I can pull my phone out, order what I need, and pay for it while you're still looking for your keys.
No argument about the upsides of using Amazon.
But IF (please try to concentrate and stay with me here) a person is in line at a Best Buy store with the item IN THEIR HAND, even though there may be nine folks in line in front of this person, that person will have possession of said item faster than if they’d ordered it from Amazon 30 minutes earlier.
At present, this fact is inarguable.
Also, my vehicle doesn’t have a key; I don’t carry keys.

IF I am standing in line and it is an unpleasant experience, what are the odds I'm going to come back next time when it involves putting my pants on, driving through BR traffic, dealing with Louisiana's best, standing in line for thirty minutes and then driving thirty minutes home? I can order in two minutes without getting up and forget about it until it shows up at my door two days later. The only exception is somethig I need RIGHT NOW and Best Buy isn't really in that business model.

Was in Best Buy today trying to pick up a mobile order and they only had one cashier open. Probably 10 people in line and she tells a Best Buy employee walking by that “if y’all want our business and money, y’all need to hurry up open up another check-out line.” I wanted to tell her that this is a major corporation, not some mom and pop small business that actually NEEDS your money. But I’m a bitch and just rolled my eyes and sat there in silence.
Why is any of this a “forbidden phrase”?

Why didn't you suggest she self checkout?
