Playing sports or watching sports? Video games or what kind of games?
You should try getting a hobby or something. Learn to play an instrument, go to a rock climbing gym, cook, travel. Something active. And you can meet a lot people doing fun things like that too. It would have a positive impact on you vs going to bars and drinking.
