For me it’s pretty common. I always call in … just to throw them off my scent and onto the guy I framed.

My brother is HPD. Said crime stoppers solves as many crimes as investigators. People below a certain income level will turn in mothers and sisters for $1000 dollars. Happens all the time,

One night my brother and I were watching the news and his face, name, and a crime stoppers number flashed on the screen. He freaked out, called the number, but nobody answered the phone.
