Back in my day we squared the wagons

Is that sort of when the VP does something that causes the company a few mil in legal fees then finally finds something that costs the company around $50k and uses that as the reasoning for no one getting raises and we need to hunker down and start cutting costs?

Nobody circles the wagons quite like the Buffalo Bills.

Had 3 big circle the wagon meetings in the early 2000's. Survived all 3 layoffs.
