What might cause a feeling of pressure/pushing against the ribs on the right side?

Doesn't hurt but is kind of a constant thing.

Any ideas?

No. Kind of worried about what might be the case

Soooo instead of seeing a doctor about this...you would rather ask people online?

Makes total sense.

My mother described a similar pressure when she was pregnant with me. Apparently I was wedged up against her ribs.

Are you pregnant?

Didn't say it made sense. Just thought it might go away.

Or hoped it would

I just was curious what some might know.

Thanks for the ideas

I had mine pulled about 3 years ago. The only symptom I had was my heart would start racing randomly (like close to 200 BPM while sitting on the couch) and bad indigestion. The Dr.s kept telling me it was acid reflux and panic attacks. My gallbladder was functioning at 0% and was becoming infected. The bastards almost killed me. Only when I dropped 35 pounds in a month did they decide something else was probably wrong. I was eating totally plain oatmeal once or twice a day and still throwing it up.

Well, it was more or less bile reflux. They had me on a regimen of acid blockers and xanax and it made everything much, much worse. I suppose I can't blame them too much, as my symptoms weren't typical. I think my body has a weak pain response, so I can't really pinpoint shite.
