The wife (no pics) has been warning management that a lot of overworked good people, including her, are about to quit bc management won’t hire more help.
Management just says “We’ll look into it” and does nothing. They seem deliberately blind.

The company I work for just laid off 10% of the office staff, the next day they are hiring for some of the positions they laid off. 3rd time in my 6 years there this has happened.
Now granted, most of the RIFs were performance based and they are trimming up payroll.

I swear my company keeps laying off management and comptent older people who know the software inside and out, promoting absolute retards, laying them off, and wondering why we are in the shitter. I don't know why I work here now that I've typed this.
