Has the equal rights movement changed white men more than women/minorities?

If you took a benchmark metric at say 1950 and compared it to today, I think you'd see more diversity in the white male population than you'd see in women/minorities.

To me it seems that fewer women and minority males have become like white men than white men have become more like women and minorities.

i.e. historically conservative white men have been divided into feminine "soy" and thug wannabes, more so than the movement has made emotional female/minorities into conservative,logical thinkers.

women are pretty much still women, minorities haven't changed much, but a large portion of white men are suffering some sort of identity crisis.

Tl;dr white men have changed more than the people demanding equal rights.
