Lords of London was a big broker for loss of value insurance pre-NIL. There weren’t a whole lot of companies offering the policies, but they were one; and I know an attorney in Baton Rougr, Bryan Fischer, was big into that arena.
The whole thing was pretty much a scam, and almost every single player who got hurt had to sue to collect on it, but I hadn’t heard much about it since NIL popped up.
Ciron Black was a player that sued LoL too I believe
Edit: it was late and I’m just realizing I followed shite brains lead and called Lloyd’s lords
Blame the loss and the alcohol

He was sanctioned October 2023 for repeatedly filing "frivolous"&"obviously without merit" lawsuits.
