Looking into working for SandBox Logistics as a driver, has anyone worked for this company or have any feedback regarding this company?

Their trucks are got damn everywhere in the Delaware Basin. No idea how they are to work for but they are the most prevalent frac sand hauler by far, must be doing something right.

If I see a SandBox baw at the gas station this week I'll ask how they are to work for.

The concept is to keep you moving to the legal limit. I can't vouch for the company but I do the same type of thing as them in a completely different industry.

Our goal is to be true drop and hook. We hire owner\operators who want to keep the truck moving over the road and not sitting at docks\hustling loads.

This. Your money will be directly affected by your haul distance, lease roads, and which Frac crew you are supplying. Bad Frac companies with lots of downtime will cost you money.
