Usually professional people are intelligent, but not smart. There’s a difference and I’d never buy from carvana. I like to deal with ppl not computers or vending machines.

What brand?
Take your trade to carmax and run it with all the online buyers like carvana and vroom then call up "give the the vin". Give me the vin will guarantee to beat Carmax, Carvana and vroom sometimes throw out crazy numbers that are high and just don't make sense.
You can also use these quotes to leverage the dealer. Just because the dealer has $4k in extra on top of MSRP on it doesn't mean you have to pay it. If you are comfortable offering MSRP and want $18,300 for your car then offer that. Worst they can say is no. Negotiating is not hard.
